Front speed sensor

INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal ( BR-69 ).

HINT: After installation, check the speed sensor signal ( DI-505 ).

REMOVAL

REMOVE SPEED SENSOR

(a) Disconnect the speed sensor connector.

(a) Disconnect the speed sensor connector.

(b) Remove the resin clip and 4 clamp bolts holding the sensor harness from the steering knuckle and upper arm.

Torque: 13 N·m (130 kgf·cm, 9 ft·lbf)

(c) Remove the speed sensor installation bolt and speed

(c) Remove the speed sensor installation bolt and speed sensor from the steering knuckle.

Torque: 8.0 N·m (82 kgf·cm, 71 in.·lbf)
